Kevin Hart is an associate managing director in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice, based in the Dublin office. Kevin’s focus is partnering with Irish businesses to manage their risks effectively, especially when operating or owning assets outside the jurisdiction of Ireland. He has over 20 years of experience in fraud, corruption and money laundering investigations, forensic accounting, and litigation support. He has deep experience in fraud risk management and has run large scale fraud perception surveys, and anti-fraud and anti-corruption trainings.

Michael is a Partner in A&L Goodbody’s Employment Law Group. He advises domestic and international employers across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and industrial relations matters. He provides employers with prompt and pragmatic advice on compliance with their legal obligations, the conduct of internal HR processes and the termination of employment. He also advises employers on data protection law and corporate immigration.

Michael has considerable experience of defending employers in complex employment litigation before the WRC, Labour Court and High Court. He also has particular expertise in advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcings.

Zelda is a solicitor, specializing in employment law. Having worked in private practice for a number of years, Zelda joined AIB’s legal department in 2018 as employment counsel. In January 2020, Zelda was appointed the Head of Speak Up for AIB Group. As Head of Speak Up, Zelda oversees reporting, investigating and training on whistleblowing and speak up within AIB in Ireland, UK and USA. Zelda supports AIB’s Whistleblowers’ Champions for Ireland and the UK.
