Webinar | Company secretaries overcoming new challenges in 2020

Date: Tuesday, 16th June 2020 | 11am BST
Duration: 1 hour live webinar – 40 min panel + Q&A

What a year it’s been so far. After the first couple of months of the year our worlds were thrown upside down by COVID-19 and the lockdown. While this has clearly presented many challenges for our organisations, it has also been an opportunity to learn and improve.

We wanted to take this opportunity to review how governance professionals have managed different challenges during the first half of the year and what learnings we can take forward.

During this practical webinar, our expert panel will provide their thoughts and answers on:

  • Best practices in managing remote Board and Committee meetings
  • Section 172 reporting and COVID-19
  • AGM trends so far
  • Digitising processes and bringing in new technology under cost-cutting measures
  • Leading teams and improving communication during this time
