Integrity at Work Programme Manager – Transparency International Ireland | Stephanie manages the Integrity at Work (IAW) programme at Transparency International Ireland. She is responsible for the development and delivery of IAW member support including training, policy guidance and events as well as communicating the aims and vision of the initiative to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders. Stephanie has worked in the non-profit sector for over eighteen years, previously holding senior managerial roles in Oxfam Ireland, the Irish Cancer Society and Arthritis Ireland. Stephanie holds a first-class MA in Ethics from Dublin City University.

Founder – GMJ Associates | Gráinne Madden is the founder of GMJ Associates, a consultancy offering advice and training in business ethics and responsible business practice. She works with businesses and other types of organisations to help them develop their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, CSR Reporting, conduct ethical assessments and address specific ethical issues through policy development and training. She has a particular focus on developing Whistleblowing/Protected Disclosure policies and supporting organisations in developing a culture of psychological safety.

Director – Association of Compliance officers in Ireland | Clive is the current director of the Association of Compliance officers in Ireland (ACOI), the leading global compliance association, and has been involved with the association in a number of roles since its formation.

Clive has worked in International Financial services for 33 years for leading global insurers and reinsurers and has held the following roles over that time CEO, independent non-executive director, Head of Risk, Head of Compliance and Chief Underwriting Officer. Clive is an industry-recognized expert in risk management, compliance, insurance and reinsurance in the financial services sector.

Clive is a lecturer, author & examiner at NFQ level 7-9 and in senior executive education in Risk management, Compliance, Financial Markets, Bank Directorship and Governance. He teaches on programmes for University College Dublin, Institute of Bankers, Chartered Accountants Ireland, Central Bank of Ireland, Irish Department of Finance and ACOI. Clive speaks both nationally and internationally on a wide variety of topics such as Risk management, Compliance, Governance and Culture and has published both in industry journals and in the national press on the topic of Compliance.
