How quickly can I transition from spreadsheets?

How are policies distributed to employees?

To distribute policies, simply upload employee data (at least names and email addresses) via Excel or synchronize with an existing HR system or Active Directory. You can send policies to all employees or specific target groups based on attributes like department or job title. New or transferring employees automatically receive the relevant policies without additional action from you. Employees receive an email with a link to the policy and can confirm receipt with a single click.

Can I customize the risk assessment? 

Yes! You can configure risk categories and assessment criteria by adjusting risk levels and assigning weight to each criteria. Additionally, you can link mitigations to risks and generate Excel reports. 

How do you protect sensitive risk data? 

We use enterprise-grade security with role-based access controls, ensuring sensitive information is only visible to authorized users. 

How can I automate risk management and collaboration? 

You can create and link mitigations to risks, set reminders for their implementation, and assign owners to each risk and mitigation. Additionally, you can ensure that users only see the risks and mitigations assign to them.  

Do you provide implementation support?

Yes, Policies supports Single Sign-On (SSO). After a one-time setup, employees can log in using their existing credentials, such as their Windows password, streamlining access and increasing system adoption. We provide all the necessary information for your IT team to complete the setup.
