Mrs. Petra Mareckova completed a bachelor and master degree in Law and Business Management Studies at Brno International Business School (the programs were accredited by Nottingham Trent University in the UK). During her studies she worked for Deloitte Czech Republic, as a Paralegal in the regional legal department. Since 2014 Mrs. Mareckova has been working at TMF Czech, a.s.currently on position of a manager of Corporate Secretarial Services assisting with the completion of the corporate compliance obligations and HR administration of various multi-national corporations.

Kristýna specializes in civil, commercial and labour law, and focuses mainly on litigation In her legal work, she assists clients on civil and commercial matters She is also experienced in employment issues and debt recovery. Kristýna has extensive knowledge in providing legal opinions and drafting and reviewing legal documents, in, among others, the areas of commercial law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kristýna gained experience in general legal practice (later working as an in house lawyer in a mining company and also in the automotive industry).

Barbora focuses on commercial law, litigation and arbitration and is a member of the firm’ s litigation and insolvency practice. Barbora had co managed the Czech PETERKA PARTNERS office as a Partner and Deputy Director since 2016 In 2018 Barbora was appointed Director for the Czech Republic office. Barbora has represented local and foreign clients in many commercial disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals, including international arbitrations under ICC, UNCITRAL and VIAC Rules. She has coordinated a number of litigations before French courts in cooperation with French law firms and also provides day to day advisory to major clients and international client groups related to their commercial activities in the Czech Republic. Barbora joined the firm in 2004 after her studies at the Faculty of Law in Prague and the Faculty of Law in Nancy, France.
