Ania Wojtus | Director Business Development Poland, EQS Group AG

Ania Wojtus is responsible for the market at EQS Group Poland, Czech and the Baltic States. In this role, she is helping clients in the region with implementation of effective whistleblowing systems. Previously, for over a decade, Ania cooperated with clients in London in the implementation of best practice compliance and IR systems tailored to their needs. Her extensive first-hand experience working with entities across different sector and sizes, gives Ania a detailed understanding of her clients’ requirements and expectations.

Katarzyna Saganowska joined TMF Group in September 2019 as EMEA Head of Compliance. She is responsible for the broadly understood regulatory compliance of TMF Group’s services (including but not limited to: HR and payroll / accounting and tax and corporate secretarial services). Among other professional achievements, she has built up her experience in international logistics compliance (DSV Group) and real estate brokerage compliance (JLL Group). She is an active speaker of postgraduate studies at Kozminski University and an external trainer at the Institute of Compliance. As an author of articles for Forbes, Compliance Magazine, American Chamber of Commerce in Poland AmCham, Contact Magazine Online (British – Polish Chamber of Commerce) and other publishers where she gladly shares her insights and trends in the area of compliance and important regulatory changes. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Studies in Project Management (Warsaw School of Economics), Postgraduate Studies in Compliance Policy in Organization and Postgraduate Studies of LLM in International Commercial Law (Kozminski University).

Aneta graduated from the Academy of Finance and Business in Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Compliance Policy in Organization (Kozminski University). She is an active speaker at numerous conferences and postgraduate studies. Since 2008 Aneta has been working at Medtronic, currently on position of Compliance Officer (Poland & Baltics) and Audit& Monitoring (Global Team).

In 2015 – 2017 she actively participated in the work of the Ethics Working Group responsible for the transposition of European industry regulations in Poland and the implementation of the Code of Ethical Business Practices of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Medical Devices POLMED. Since 2019 she has been the President of the Ethics Committee of OIGWM POLMED focusing primarily on the development of uniform standards of ethical conductin the medical technology industry in Poland.

She has experience in managing the compliance area in the medical technology industry. Responsible for effective risk management and building organizational culture based on values. She has extensive experience in broadly defined local and corporate business ethics,with particular focus on building ethical, sustainable and effective business relationships inside and outside the organization.
