Join EQS for the third session in our Summer Webinar Series and discover how to build employee engagement strategies that actually stick.

Learn how leading organizations are rethinking communication, training, and culture to increase awareness, reduce risk, and create lasting impact.

What You’ll Learn:

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • How to move beyond traditional training to drive real behavior change

  • The role of investigations, data, and feedback in shaping engagement strategies

  • Practical ways to build trust, clarity, and consistency into your compliance program

Why It Matters:

Most compliance programs have policies. Fewer have participation.
If employees don’t understand the message, or don’t see its relevance, they won’t act. This session will help you rethink how your program shows up day-to-day, and how to make compliance resonate.
