Keith R. Thomas serves as a Lead Counsel, Global Investigations & Analytics at FedEx Corporation. He helps lead the global investigations program for the FedEx enterprise by overseeing the global operation of the FedEx Alert Line, developing and providing investigations training, and acting as the subject matter expert and liaison for the U.S., Europe, APAC, and MEISA regions. Keith regularly investigates allegations of insider trading, bribery, fraud, accounting controls, conflicts of interest, and senior executive misconduct. He also leads the compliance data analytics and continuous transaction monitoring initiatives for FedEx. Keith holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a law degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
