Join EQS for the second session in our Summer Webinar Series and discover what it really takes to build a speak-up culture that empowers employees, protects your business, and builds long-term trust.

What You’ll Learn:

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • How to design reporting channels employees actually use

  • Common pitfalls that erode trust—and how to avoid them

  • Real-world strategies to increase internal reporting without fear

Why It Matters:

It’s not enough to have a hotline. Today’s workforce expects transparency, psychological safety, and accountability. If your speak-up program doesn’t feel safe, it won’t be used. This session will help you shift from check-the-box to change-the-culture.
