EQS Integrity Line is a stand-alone solution to manage whistleblowing in a digitalized and compliant manner. EQS Compliance COCKPIT offers you one digital platform for all your compliance workflows – whistleblower reports, approval processes, policy management and more.
It rethinks compliance work and automates processes, that would otherwise mean tedious extra work and paper chaos. Using EQS Compliance COCKPIT, you increase the efficiency of your daily work while complying with important regulations.
In addition to Integrity Line, EQS Compliance COCKPIT comprises applications like Approval Manager and Policy Manager as well as a global dashboard, that will help you to stay up-to-date on important initiatives, updates and KPIs of your compliance program in real time.
The Integrity Hub provides your employees and stakeholders of your compliance program with a central place to find all relevant compliance information and internal workflows.
With your upgrade to the EQS Compliance COCKPIT, you will automatically have access to a free trial version of Policy Manager. Additionally, other compliance applications can be unlocked per request.
With the EQS Compliance COCKPIT, Integrity Line is integrated into the overall compliance platform which allows users to access further compliance workflows. Furthermore, all users benefit equally and automatically from future updates regarding new product features and continuous improvements in the areas of usability, platform security, data encryption, system availability as well as certifications.
Users receive access to the EQS Compliance COCKPIT with all its added features, such as the global dashboard, access to trial versions of other compliance applications and access to various compliance content.
Moreover, Integrity Line in the EQS Compliance COCKPIT will have an improved usability and design, measures for external reporting to authorities (a requirement of the EU-Whistleblowing Directive) are included and customization possibilities are enhanced.
The upgrade to the Compliance COCKPIT will be carried out automatically with no actions required from your side. However, in some individual cases your involvement might be required. We will inform you in a timely manner and support you with the necessary steps.
Once you receive the initial information email, we expect to upgrade your system in the following 4 weeks. However, this depends on the current setup of your EQS Integrity Line. In case that actions are required before the upgrade, we will inform you and support you in a timely manner.
