Rony Vogel, Chairman of the Board

Rony Vogel has served as Chairman of EQS Group AG since its founding in 2000.
The electrical engineer graduate with an MBA from Reutlingen University is an entrepreneur and has been an EQS investor for years.
As CFO, he led TRW Benesov (Prague) from its start-up to it being 600 employees strong. He is co-founder of Internet Screenphones and helped found the business angel network venture24, which he then merged into Firstream AG. At that time, he had already financed and participated in the creation of a number of start up ventures, including EquityStory AG (today EQS Group AG). From 2000 - 2002 he served as Director of the co-founded Incubator Firstream venture24 AG. Since 2003, Rony Vogel has been an active investor and entrepreneur in software/internet, environmental and real estate ventures.

Peter Conzatti, Aufsichtsratsmitglied
Peter Conzatti has been a member of the Supervisory Board of EQS Group AG since 2005.
With a Masters of Arts and MBA, Peter Confetti is a Senior Portfolio Manager in small and mid-caps in Germany and Europe at Lupus Alpha KAG.
Peter began his career as a trainee at ARD / Süddeutscher Rundfunk. He then completed a graduate program in investment banking with Baden-Württembergische Bank AG. Upon successful completion of his training, he held various investment banking positions. In 1996, Peter Conzatti moved to UBS KAG as a senior portfolio manager for small caps and from 2005 on has been a senior portfolio manager for Lupus Alpha KAG.
Member of Supervisory Board, Master of Media Marketing BAW
Robert Wirth has been a Member of the EQS Supervisory Board since June 2015.
The media marketing specialist has worked for the EQS Group AG from 2000-2014, since 2007 as a member of the two-person Executive Board. Robert Wirth was instrumental in the implementation the company's IPO. At the end of 2014, he left his position on the EQS for personal reasons at his own request.
Robert Wirth began his career in the television industry. He trained as a television editor at Franken Fernsehen and later headed numerous divisions. After his time as the founding editor at RTL Nürnberg, he built one of the most successful German regional channels, Oberpfalz TV in Amberg, in his capacity as program director and Editor-in-Chief.
He is also a member of the Supervisory Board at ARIVA.DE AG, Kiel.
