The Sihlstrasse tram stop and Selnau train station are just a few minutes away. There are limited paid parking spaces next to the building for cars. Bicycles can be parked at the Sihlstrasse tram stop. We recommend traveling by public transport, bicycle or on foot.

Cecilia Garcia Podoley

Board Member & Co-chair AI Working Group | Ethics & Compliance Switzerland

Cecilia is an ethics, compliance and legal specialist with almost three decades of experience. Since 2005, she has been setting up and reinforcing the Integrity and Compliance departments of several companies in different industries and countries (including a Fortune 50 and one of the biggest privately owned companies in the world). In her work, she developed and rolled out policies, trainings, due diligence process and whistleblower helplines as well as managing and performing internal investigations on a global basis. After her graduation as a lawyer, she worked in the Public Sector in Argentina, her home country, including a position in the National Audit Office. She has been a Certified Fraud Examiner for more than a decade. Cecilia has a keen interest in digitalization and cybersecurity and she has specialized in the ethics of AI and other new technologies.

Viktoria Reding

Legal Compliance Manager | Wella Company

Viktoria is a legal professional with a Master of Law degree from the Moscow State Law University and an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), with a focus in compliance. She currently works at Wella Company. Previously, she worked as a Lawyer and Compliance Manager at major Russian and international firms, including Gazprom-Media and Philips, gaining experience in the FMCG and medical devices industries. Viktoria speaks Russian, English, and German, which helps her navigate diverse cultural contexts in her compliance work.
