EquityStory AG and Dow Jones Newswires expand their cooperation in Europe 
Dow Jones Newswires opens its European network for corporate news


Munich – 7 February 2007

EquityStory AG (ISIN: DE0005494165) and Dow Jones Newswires have expanded
their existing cooperation. In the future, Dow Jones Newswires will
distribute notifications of listed companies in its European news service.

It will be possible to load the original versions of corporate news of
customers of EquityStory AG and its 100% subsidiary DGAP mbH into the
European news service of Dow Jones Newswires from the beginning of
February. This service will be used by more than 60 vendors in order to
distribute the information in the various European countries.

The Dow Jones news are much appreciated, particularly among the financial
experts of banks and broker firms. In the UK and Ireland alone, some 13,000
financial professionals receive these corporate news; approximately 60,000
terminals (without Germany, Austria, Switzerland) are reached all over
Europe. The vendors include MarketXS, CQG, FinInfo, GLTrade, FactSet,
Interactive Data Managed Solutions, Tenfore, Infotec and others.
