How to register for our Service Portal
During upgrade
- On the homepage, click on Support Center Tab
- On the support form choose the following options:
- Category – Ethics & Compliance Solutions
- Product – Convercent/OneTrust Upgrade Questions
- Fill out rest of the form and Send.
After upgrade
- On the homepage, click on Support Center Tab
- On the support form choose the following options:
- Category – Ethics & Compliance Solutions
- Product – Choose the product you are having issues with such as Integrity Line, Approvals, Policies, etc.
- Fill out rest of the form and Send.
