On this page, you’ll find resources to understand the upgrade process and timeline. We have designed the upgrades to move quickly once they kick off, and so we have collected Frequently Asked Questions and created the graphic overview below for review ahead of time.

FAQ: Upgrade from Convercent or OneTrust to Compliance Cockpit

For your organization’s specific timeline, refer to the materials that you have received from your Customer Success Manager or your assigned Upgrade Consultant.

Phase 1: Kick-off

Project kicks off and you receive more information about the timeline and expectations. Review technical requirements. Review training materials and bring questions to upgrade calls.

Phase 2: Configuration and Review

Configurations and/or data will move from Convercent into Compliance Cockpit. EQS will provide guidance for accessing your new tenant and validating the upgrade, and there will be time for question and answer sessions about the move.

Phase 3: Closure and Post Upgrade Support

Start using Compliance Cockpit! Formal cutover to new platform will occur, and you will receive a complete data extraction. Continue to learn with support from EQS.

Convercent Helpline data extract and shutdown

30 days after your go-live, you will receive two emails, one with a link and username, and another with your password to access your data extraction. Make sure to download and store the file in a secure place. Please note that this is a full extract of all cases, and so we recommend making sure that only a few people can access the data
