Christian is the founder of Human Risk, a behavioural science-led consulting and training firm specialising in ethics and compliance. He was formerly Managing Director at UBS, where he was Head of Behavioural Science. Christian joined UBS in Compliance & Operational Risk Control, leading the function globally for UBS Asset Management. Before joining UBS, he was COO of the UK Prudential Regulation Authority, a subsidiary of the Bank of England responsible for regulating financial services.

Karin de Witt is Director of Ethics, Compliance and Investigations at Lonza. A former lawyer in private practice, she has held senior compliance roles since 2016 at multinational companies including Holcim and AkzoNobel. Karin specializes in all aspects of internal investigations, including cross-border matters, forensic analysis, financial and regulatory misconduct, and investigative strategy in complex corporate environments. She is responsible for Lonza’s global compliance training program and leads data analysis and trend reporting.

Annette is an executive and board member with broad generalist experience and extensive expertise in governance, risk, ethics and compliance, ESG and international law. She is currently Co-Director of the Corporate Governance Council at The Conference Board, a member of the Board of Directors of Ethics & Compliance Switzerland, and CEO and Founder of Vitruvia Governance Architects. From 2010 to 2023, Annette was Head of Corporate Ethics & Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at Givaudan SA, where she also served as Board Secretary for more than twelve years. She previously held senior legal roles at Tetra Laval International and worked as a corporate finance and M&A lawyer in London. Annette is a regular speaker and contributor on governance, ethics and compliance, risk and ESG topics. She is a German qualified lawyer and Attorney-at-Law (NY), holds a Ph.D. in German corporate law from Tübingen University and is also a CFA Charterholder.

Sabela Perez Garcia is Director of Ethics & Compliance at EQS and a member of the EQS Center of Excellence, where she helps shape cutting-edge solutions that blend practical compliance insight with emerging technology. She works to design and refine approaches that make ethics programmes more effective, adaptable, and ready for tomorrow’s challenges. Before joining EQS, Sabela spent eight years in the EMEA and NALA compliance teams at Rolls-Royce, contributing to anti-bribery controls, human-rights due diligence, third-party risk management, and regulator-ready effectiveness reviews – including during the company’s successful 2017 U.K./U.S. deferred-prosecution journey. Her portfolio also includes regulatory horizon-scanning, audits, training, and high-impact awareness campaigns, all aimed at helping organisations embed integrity and adapt confidently to evolving expectations.

With more than 10 years of experience as a legal counsel and later as a DPO at major international corporations such as Orange, Adecco, and Hermès, Thomas is now a Senior Solutions Advisor for Privacy and AI Governance at EQS Group, where he draws on his expertise to help companies navigate challenges related to data protection and artificial intelligence.

Klaus-Peter Kube is Senior Compliance Manager at Xylem Europe, focusing on compliance management, internal investigations, data privacy and AI governance. With extensive experience in developing and implementing policies and processes across anti-corruption, data protection and business ethics, he brings a practical perspective on translating global standards into effective compliance processes. As AI increasingly intersects with data privacy, he is closely involved in reviewing AI initiatives and supporting the development of Xylem’s AI governance program. His work includes coordinating and training teams, overseeing data and compliance requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Sutirtha is a Risk, Ethics and Compliance professional with diverse experience across industries. She currently leads the compliance initiatives for the BOBST Group globally, including managing the whistleblower process, related investigations and trade compliance. Her key focus is on translating compliance requirements into simple, actionable tasks which employees can incorporate into their daily activities with relative ease and minimum effort.

Dr. Renate Wey is a passionate attorney-at-law with over 25 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector. She has held Head of Legal and General Counsel roles at major international banks, advising on a wide range of regulatory, legal and corporate governance matters. Since May 2026, she has led the Legal & Compliance department at the World Economic Forum.

Sascha Meier is Vice President of Sales at EQS, leading sales across Switzerland, Austria, Northern and Southern Europe. With more than eleven years at EQS, including roles in Munich and Dubai, he brings extensive international experience in helping organizations digitalize and strengthen their compliance processes. Working closely with compliance and business leaders, he focuses on turning complex requirements into practical solutions—from whistleblowing and third-party risk management to data privacy and AI governance. He is particularly interested in how AI can help compliance teams work more effectively and move from managing individual processes to a connected compliance program. Sascha holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compliance Management.
