As supplier and partner networks grow, knowing who you do business with gets harder to prove. Questionnaires and screening tools cover the basics, but ownership structures, related parties and reputational history often need a closer look.

This workshop brings together compliance leaders from across the UK to work through how a risk-based due diligence process is built and run. Ground Truth Intelligence shares the investigator’s view of what sits behind a third party, and EQS Group shows how software keeps the process consistent and auditable.

She works with organisations on the practical use of technology in ethics and compliance, with a focus on whistleblowing, speak-up culture and digital compliance processes. Through webinars and industry events, Sara explores how compliance programmes work in practice, from managing gifts and hospitality to the role of AI and human judgement. She brings a practical perspective to discussions about how technology can support compliance teams, strengthen trust and help organisations build more effective programmes.

Stewart Kelly

Co-Founder & CEO | Ground Truth IntelligenceStewart Kelly is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ground Truth Intelligence, the global due diligence platform helping ethics and compliance leaders achieve comprehensive third-party risk management at scale. Since launching GTI in 2020, Stewart has pioneered expert-designed comprehensive due diligence programs combining human and AI capabilities. Stewart brings extensive intelligence sector experience from senior roles at G3 Good Governance Group and Veracity Worldwide. He holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin and The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University, Boston.
