Since the regulation came into force in 2016, there have been many questions raised on a variety of MAR-related topics. We recently conducted a survey on Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) with over 1,200 company secretaries, and the results were fascinating.

EQS Group hosted a webinar at 11am on Wednesday 14th December to discuss the results and answer additional questions you may have on the day. We are delighted to be joined by Katharine Leaman, Regulatory Compliance Consultant at Leaman Crellin Ltd. and Angie Boothroyd, Associate Director, Governance, Compliance and Company Secretarial at One Advisory Ltd.
