Anka Lappoehn is Chief Product Officer of EQS Group since 2023. In this role, she leads the Product Management and Product Design team at EQS, driving product innovation and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our Corporate Compliance and Investor Relations customers. Anka holds a degree in International Business and started her career in a business consultancy, followed by leadership positions in B2B and B2C businesses as Amadeus, ProSiebenSat.1 or lastminute.com.

Anna is Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at BearingPoint and founder of Spark Diversity. As a passionate advocate for fairness and justice, she leverages her experience in business development and consulting to bring change to the workplace. Driven by her passion, Anna remains true to her vision, inspiring positivity and promoting inclusivity within organizations.

Digital entrepreneur & Founder of multiple start-ups

Catharina van Delden is a digital entrepreneur and founder of multiple start-ups, currently creating a SaaS tool for corporate agronomists called Rooted. She has published two books on innovation strategy, and has held various advisory positions, including on the Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank, the Executive Committee of bitkom and the Supervisory Board of EQS Group. She has received numerous awards throughout her career, including the “TU Munich Entrepreneur of Excellence” and the “Spark Female Founder Award” from McKinsey and Handelsblatt.

Consultant, Netlight

Daniel Onumbu is a consultant at Netlight supporting various clients with his technical expertise. Driven by his belief in an equal society, he co-initiated the safer space Africandescent, awarded the ERG of the Year 2024, and is recognized as an active advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – both at Netlight and at the clients he works with. He is part of 2hearts, a (non-profit) community of people with immigration backgrounds working from the tech scene with the mission to help underprivileged minorities. He is also a Scholarship Holder awarded by Deutschlandstiftung Integration, and a former scholarship holder awarded by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
