Before upgrade
We know that upgrading to a new helpline provider requires planning and coordination at your organization. To help ease the transition, we’ve assembled guidance and created templates that you can use.
- Integrity Line Awareness Email Templates
- Branding and Communication Checklist
- Helpline Communication Best Practices
- Six Steps to an Effective Helpline
- Communication Guide (coming soon)
- To help you learn how to do certain tasks that you used to do in Convercent, we have created a Glossary of Terms along with information about how those items were migrated (if applicable). This chart will also help you to learn Compliance Cockpit terminology.
- The migration tooling will move all open and closed Convercent Helpline cases into Integrity Line. There are no steps required ahead of time, but you will need to validate the data during upgrade. Review this Legacy Data Validation Checklist (coming soon) ahead of time to ensure that you know what to expect.
- Plan for notifying reporters about the platform change. After upgrade, you will receive access credentials that you can share with reporters who need to continue to access any open cases. Learn more here (coming soon).
- Carefully read through the steps in Getting Started Guide: Go Live, linked below.
- Review the Glossary of Terms.

During upgrade
You will get an email from your assigned Upgrade Consultant to kick off the upgrade process, and they will lead you through the full upgrade. During that process, they will provide many resources. We have compiled those resources here so that you can always find the latest versions.

After upgrade
The end of the upgrade to Compliance Cockpit is only the first step as you learn your way around Integrity Line. Bookmark these resources that will help you accomplish your daily tasks in Integrity Line and explore new features:
Learn about our Service Portal here: https://www.eqs.com/service-portal/
30 days after your go-live, you will receive two emails, one with a link and username, and another with your password to access your data extraction. Make sure to download and store the file in a secure place. Please note that this is a full extract of all cases, and so we recommend making sure that only a few people can access the data.
